Rainbow Petals Crochet Pattern

This garment is worked from the ‘top down/Raglan’ style, creating a Yoke - then separating for the sleeves creating the body, to then work the ‘Granny Stitch’ pattern.

I’ve changed the beginning chain to be same 51 chain stitches for all the sizes not different chain stitch lengths as before - Whole garment length shorter. Also added is a breakdown of the solid and coloured yarns + a total of whole cardigan. More photos. A faster pattern to finish with step by step instructions. Beginner to Intermediate skill level. The sleeves and ribbing are crocheted into the garment afterwards. There are no seams to sew at all except for 2 tiny cuff seams
The sleeves are ‘untapered’.

YARN - 8 ply/DK/3/Light Worsted – Cotton blend – you could also use 10ply/Aran if you go down a size or keep same size for a super oversize - for tighter fit - go up a size or use a smaller hook. There are no limits to what you can do.
